Comm port and login field

In the Communication Port section, you can set up a connection between an M5 device and the application. For this, you need to connect the device to a PC via USB.

    • With the button , you can change the baud rate which is the rate at which information is transferred in a communication channel. In the serial port context, “9600 baud” means that the serial port is capable of transferring a maximum of 9600 bits per second.
    • With the button, you can quickly connect to an attached device. In this case, the application will auto-select the port and set up the connection to the attached device.
    • With the button, you can connect over a preselected communication port to the attached device.
    • With the button, you can refresh the list of ports.
    • With the button, you can reset the ports.

If you login to the server by filling out an E-Mail address and password you can select your customer and a screen.

This button sends the configuration to the displayer device.
