Issue
A device in the editor interface is showing to be offline when it should be online.

 

Possible causes

Fixes
 

  •  This issue can be caused if your device is actually inactive or you are looking at two different devices. One in the system and one in real life.
  

  •  Check and make sure that you are looking at the same device that seems to be inactive in the system and make sure it is turned on. You can show device name from the editor and confirm if the device is the correct one.
 

  •  Most of the time this issue appears when you don’t have internet connection on your device.
  

  •  Check and make sure that the device that seems to be inactive in the system has internet connection.
 

  •  Some android boxes can not handle an Ethernet and a Wi-Fi connection simultaneously.
  

  •  Check and make sure that the device that seems to be inactive has only the Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection enabled at once.
