Reporting Brightsign Install Issues
Download the log file:
- From the editor: on the Home screen right click on the device –> Manage screen –> Download screen log
- If the device can’t upload the log file, you can find it on the SD card of the device named wallboard.log (or <brandname>.log if your client brand is named differently)
Details of screen info:
- If you are not using our main editor (https://editor.wallboard.info) please let us know which server are you on, your Client name, and the name of the Screen.
- Alternatively you can also check yourself. On the Home screen right click on the device –> Screen info and send us a screenshot of the displayed info.
